We had a wonderful 6 days Safari with Moses, who is an extremely friendly person and a very good driver, which is an important aspect on such a trip. He brought us to amazing sites and we saw all big 5! Moses fulfilled all our wishes and was very polite and discreet at any time, means that he stayed with us during the day and let us have our privacy in the evening. Apart from that we felt very safe at any time. He speaks English well and can explain a lot about animals and their behaviour.
The jeep has got free WiFi, a fridge for cool drinks and enough devices to charge your mobile phones during the trip. We were just 2 persons on the jeep, which we would recommend, so you don't have to agree upon every stop with others and you have enough space to move around and take pictures.
We loved the Tarangire Park, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater. Unfortunately we missed Arusha as we arrived with delay, but it was anyway the smallest of all the parks.
Our favourite location was the Narudi tented bush camp where you sleep in the middle of the Bush in very comfortable and huge tents. You would not expect such a nice place and wonderful people when you arrive there. But also the Bougainvillea Lodge and the Tarangire Safari Lodge were wonderful. The only place which we would not recommend, is the Twiga Hotel in Manyara, but the Rhino Lodge was unfortunately fully booked.
The last day of our trip was not a game drive anymore, but a walking tour through the lake Manyara village. Moses arranged a local guide (Renatus) who showed and explained to us how people in the village are living and working. We visited a banana beer brewery and a wood art craft center which was really impressive. We got a deep impression about the country, the history and the culture, which I would recommend to everybody.
In any case, 5 days game drive is sufficient, as it is also tiring to sit in the car for 10 to 11 hours every day. So I have a big respect for Moses. Driving in the Bush is not easy at all.
Our favourite beer is the Kilimanjaro by the way ;-)
