Moja Adventures and Safaris

Travel Tips 2013

In September 2013 we went on safari in Tanzania with Moja Adventure for a week. We were received on time and very friendly at the airport by our guide Moses and brought to the hotel in Moshi, where we got some rest from the flight. The next morning we began our tour. We got a good look at the stunning flora and fauna in the Ngorongoro Crater, Tarangire and Lake Manyara National Park - but most of the time we spent in the Serengeti on Moses recommendation, which is also where our highlights turned out. We never thought we would see so many elephants, zebras, giraffes and hippos. Most obviously we loved to observe the big cats - Moses spotted repeatedly lions, cheetahs and leopards for us. We were able to see some even right next to our vehicle and took a lot of photos - we loved it!
The accommodation could be selected in advance. We chose the adventure variant in the tent, which was very easy but adequate for us. The food was prepared fresh and delicious every day, even in vegetarian and lactose-free diet was taken into consideration.
Because we were particularly interested in taking photographs of the spectacular wildlife, we were glad that Moses took us in his Tojota Landcruiser for the best photo positions and we were able to shoot beautiful pictures of baby lions and other big cats. With patience of a saint he conformed our pace, stopped at our request for the 100. Zebra and gave us interesting additional information on nature and culture of the country.
Mainly through Moses very friendly, polite way our week in Tanzania turned to an unforgettable event in which we felt safe and in good hands at all times.
Thank you, Moses!
